董事会

作为一所私立独立学校，考特学校由董事会管理. 董事会对学校的使命负有主要的管理和受托责任. 董事会为学校制定主要政策并监督其实施. 董事会还负责挑选和监督科特学校的校长. 董事会成员由家长代表选出, 当地社区和天主教的威诺纳-罗切斯特教区.

The 董事会 shall manage and govern the affairs of the Corporation; exercise its power and control its property; determine compliance with the Corporation’s stated purpose; appoint, 委托, or elect the Corporate officers; and have the power and authority to do and perform all acts or functions that are consistent with the Articles of Incorporation or these Bylaws.
